The score keeper is not working. On the first lab of this quest I did all tasks and only got 10/40. On this lab I did both tasks (I definitely created and configured an ELB) and only got 10/20 and it said I didn't complete the 2nd objective of creating and configuring an ELB.

Lab Account has corrupt privileges. Every refresh the account has the wrong permissions and each step fails and needs retry.
