The labs are wonderful. This is a great service with potential. But I continue to have trouble with them. I found no way to get my score above a 10/20 after following all directions. Scoring information on the lab document seems to be for a different lab. Providing the referenced resources text file would be most helpful instead of requiring student to copy long urls and guess whether a character is a 1 or an (el). It seems anti-theft again deters usability.

The load balancing functionality failed to page not found. Other than that I did not have many issues. Same concern about inability to save instructions to review later.
