Cloud SQL with Cloud Run [APPRUN] Reviews

This menu is horrible. It did not tell me that it could take 5 min for the DB to create. Nor did I tell me to look for tab "Overview". When I could not find the corresponding strings, I was clicking around to find them. The lab rudely ended my lab and said I was not following the instructions. Not only I was trying my best to follow, I was just trying to figure out why I could not find all these values. In addition, within the time limit, there was nothing wrong to browse other tabs and learn check things out. Really rude of Google to do that.
