I got the error when running `terraform apply test.tfplan` Error: Request `Set IAM Binding for role "roles/viewer" on "project \"qwiklabs-gcp-04-00b8ab4ff583\""` returned error: Error applying IAM policy for project "qwiklabs-gcp-04-00b8ab4ff583": Error setting IAM policy for project "qwiklabs-gcp-04-00b8ab4ff583": googleapi: Error 400: Policy members must be of the form "<type>:<value>". so the members from main.tf needed to be changed from members = [ "student-04-2e8ce74d1e00@qwiklabs.net" ] to members = [ "user:student-04-2e8ce74d1e00@qwiklabs.net" ] Please update the instruction. Overall the lab is good, except for the mentioned part due to outdated instruction
