Not enough time to complete when the pip install grpcio building takes so long.

The GRPCIO wheel build takes for ever. Taking away time allotted for the lab. There is no way to know how to speed up this step. I wasted good 20 minutes on this step. No reason why it started working after it. I kept cancelling it and retrying next steps to see if run would continue as planned.
