Some commands produced errors. Some adjustments were needed. It seems that the course was written before recent changes in Vertex AI - ie. the "preview" instances vs. the notebooks described in the lab. The instance doesn't have tensorflow pre-installed, so this was an additional step. The lab failed to create an instance in us-central1 region, but worked in us-west1. Prediction requests using the first model fail with an error. And the 2nd model doesn't even build due to errors.

Had issues completing it due to resource availability (according to error messages), and then trying another region where apparently the automatic checking failed to find the deployed model. Trying again later, hopefully there are more resources available.
