unhappy - no available resources in all us-central1 zones therefore I was not able to start actually the lab

Couldn't create Vertex notebook on central region for lack of resources. Cloud proposed west, in this setting, i was not able to complete last 2 checkpoints as even well deployed endpoints were not recognized.

Can't understand why it does'nt recognize my VM instance with the required configuration. I have the right file and result but the check doesn't work. There is not any documentation about this kind of problem.
