Machine Learning with TensorFlow and Vertex AI Reviews

The GCP Instances were so slow to respond, could not complete all LAB activities. Also very little explanation given on VertexAI for developing meaningful understanding of the solution. Had to complete the lab for a second time.

Got plenty of errors, I had to rerun cells a couple of times, restart the kernel twice, and rerun all the cells ones, to finally get all through.
