After 96% complete or upgrade command it failed, and now when I am trying it getting failed with root@lab-vm-qldm-8709676-5c735599cb2739a8:/# sudo apt -y upgrade E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11: Resource temporarily unavailable) error
