there are command typo, for this section -- Edit the first cell to define the inputs variable as all_flights-0004-* to match the data shard selection you made previously. meanwhile the sample code already right inputs = 'gs://{}/flights/tzcorr/all_flights-00004-*'.format(BUCKET)
