Spark.read statement in the first exercise is wrong. It won't work in pySpark. Please fix.

This lab is broken and out of date. It doesn't work. http://35.202.190.16:8080 Datalab is not working... I assume it is due to the firewall, or other permissions.

Had a bit of trouble setting up the environment had to (I run the optional code at the beginning , and the bucket dint run until I started from scrarch and skip that part)
