The lab needs to be updated to accommodate the changes to Cloud Datalab (now part of AI Platform as "Notebooks"). After setting the MASTERIP and "echoing" it, the link just lead to a "the page could not load" page.

unable to do the Jupyter notebooks portion. Instance doesn't appear to have Datalab/Jupyter Notebook installed. It is also not configured to allow HTTP/HTTPs connections.
