Step 6 ./create_cluster.sh $BUCKET_NAME us-east1 gets this error: ERROR: (gcloud.dataproc.clusters.create) NOT_FOUND: The resource 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-01-6dd8de5533dd/zones/us-east1-a' was not found. Tried different zone, got "does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request"
