3 hours is not sufficient. 3:30 should be fine. As training itself took more than 2:30 hours.

Video model took most of the allotted time to train. Whilst this is realistic for how long models take to train it might make it hard for people to complete if they don't have the time to block out 3 hours of time (when the actual tasks apart from the training take much less than 3 hours).
