Missing from instructions is that you also have to allow HTTP traffic on the Windows VM (via GCP Console: Compute Engine\VM Instances\Firewalls\Allow HTTP traffic)

Its not directly easy to runt the RDP-command from an incognito-window in a chromebook, i had to download an android-based RDP-client to do this instead.
