Could not run setup autoscaling. I was getting message java.lang null point exception.

Apache commands to stress test the machines failed every time I ran them. 2 examples are below. No matter how many times I ran the commands and the more instances that were booted up I would still run into timeout issues. Is this a factor of using a micro VM? Or is this a flaw with GCP scaling?
