`gcloud config set app/cloud_build_timeout` 10000 DEADLINE EXCEED trice and the lab is too long. Please instruct student to use the code to reset the 10minutes timeout!

Last part didn't work. Last deploy step timed out Step #1: Running setup.py bdist_wheel for grpcio: still running... Timed out at 10 minutes two times over.
