I had to change the version of google-cloud-vision==2.7.3 in the requirements.txt to make it work on app engine but it was working on preview while running the app via run main.py (locally) But I still got some error during the build time, so I guess it's not the good solution. The build failed on the pip install -r requirements.txt, but it works on the cloudshell. I hope it's help Here are the error log from gcloud app deploy: Step #2: Collecting gunicorn==20.1.0 Step #2: Downloading gunicorn-20.1.0-py3-none-any.whl (79 kB) Step #2: ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement google-cloud-vision==3.1.0 (from -r requirements.txt (line 4)) (from versions: 0.20.0, 0.21.0, 0.22.0, 0.23.0, 0.23.1, 0.23.2, 0.23.3, 0.24.0, 0.25.0, 0.25.1, 0.26.0, 0.27.0, 0.28.0, 0.29.0, 0.30.0, 0.30.1, 0.31.0, 0.31.1, 0.32.0, 0.33.0, 0.34.0, 0.35.0, 0.35.1, 0.35.2, 0.36.0, 0.37.0, 0.38.0, 0.38.1, 0.39.0, 0.40.0, 0.41.0, 0.42.0, 1.0.0, 1.0.1, 1.0.2, 2.0.0, 2.1.0, 2.2.0, 2.3.0, 2.3.1, 2.3.2, 2.4.0, 2.4.1, 2.4.2, 2.4.3, 2.4.4, 2.5.0, 2.6.0, 2.6.1, 2.6.2, 2.6.3, 2.7.0, 2.7.1, 2.7.2, 2.7.3) Step #2: ERROR: No matching distribution found for google-cloud-vision==3.1.0 (from -r requirements.txt (line 4)) Step #2: WARNING: You are using pip version 20.2.2; however, version 21.3.1 is available.
