Lab never provided credentials, so I tried to stop the lab and start it again twice -- same result: First click on green Start Lab button ends up displaying spinner then showing Start Lab again; second click on green Start Lab button changes it to End Lab, but no credentials are given (the password box even goes away!). I recorded this behavior and will open a support ticket.
