Couldn't enable the API due to lack of sufficient permissions. Eventually had to close out of everything and get back in. Model training issues because the data had null fields for `total_amount`, so I just excluded that row after multiple tries. Not terrible, but just random hiccups

Steps didn't work. Perhaps I'm suppose to fix data. If so, should be in text. Failed to calculate mean since the entries in corresponding column 'total_amount' are all NULLs.

exclude total_amount instead of tip_amounts
