I've gone through many of these labs now, and while there is some value in getting a general overview of how to work with the tools, the labs do a poor job in explaining the details of what's going on. For the most part, I just follow the directions without always fully understanding the details of what's happening. I actually ended my monthly subscription after 1 month as I don't find these to be of much value to me. I will finish up the labs in the course I am currently taking, but after that, I'm done and unlikely to return and unlikely to recommend this as a good learning tool. If anything, I would actively dissuade friends from doing these labs.
