Another example needs to be provided for rapid training - reduce the size of dataset so training with AutoML takes less time . Conchita says it takes 2-3 hours to train in DEMO video , anyway it took ~ 9 hours. Thus it is more than clear that the alocated time of 3 hours is not enough for completing current lab. Kudos for AutoML, it is a good tool for helping in top down learning of Auto ML.
