Some of the args (e.g. job-name) and libraries are outdated. When you finally get the job running on VertexAI, it fails due to some obscure pythonJsonLogger dependency

as usual example not useable pls fix that stuff otherwise the labs are useless with your examples and it doesn't motivate to experiment with tensorflow theory is nice but hands on is more
