you should mention that before doing the Create we can see what gcloud command would result in the same action

There were an error on GCP Console. It was my first use, and the commands weren't being accepted, because I needed to designate the project - and this wasn't on any instructions. I needed to figure it out through the error message what exactly was happening and what should be my commands. Never had done this before. I succeded, but other students might not.
