Applying Contextual Bandits for Recommendations with Tensorflow and TF-Agents Reviews

Lab doesn't work out of the box, spent 2 h trying to fiddle with python dependencies and failed to make it work. ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed. This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts.....
