There are compatibility issues because the suggested tf version in the lab can't be found by pip, so other compatibility issues arise between the libraries

It doesn't work at all. Cannot install tensorflow 2.4 in the notebook. Anyway the lecture is not sufficient preparation for doing this lab. Maybe a video walk-through of the notebook would be constructive.

Version issue, claims it needs 2.13 or greater This version of TensorFlow Probability requires TensorFlow version >= 2.13; Detected an installation of version 2.6.5. Please upgrade TensorFlow to proceed. and the cell before it says it can't run 2.4, it doesn't exist when it tried to force install to that version of TF

There are many incompatibility issues in the lab. In the first place while installing packages with "!pip install --quiet --upgrade --force-reinstall tensorflow==2.4 tensorflow_probability==0.12.1 tensorflow-io>=0.17.0 !pip install tf_agents==0.7.1 --quiet gast==0.3.0 --upgrade" it says there is no 2.4 tensorflow version available. I tried to upgrade packages but there were still compatibility issues that I couldn't resolve.
