Can't run the notebook. version conflict. to many errors

Lab notebook has some mistakes in description text, some links are not properly formatted (not a problem, but there is 1 place when after [here] there is a redundant space, which makes here unclickable). Also it's not clear what to do in the last section #TOFINISH. the key word which usually describes a cell which requires changes usually noted with #TODO keyword. Also it would be great if we could have interpretation of last results in the notebook, instead of just the recommended movie id. Thanks!

Notebook does not work - permission error when de-upgrading libraries to TF 2.4. chown or sudo not possible. Setting --user does not help. Restarting kernel does not help

Specified dependencies failed to install, had to look up compatible version myself. Notebook is very well written.
