This looks like a great lab; however, there were Tensorflow version issues (1.15 isn't available) and project permissions issues with BigQuery that didn't allow for full lab execution.

It's not updated. It uses TF 1.15 and Vertex AI no longer support that version.

Requires Tensorflow 1.15 which is no longer available on VertexAI Workbench. Tried to install it with pip but it didn't work.

Could not create notebook tensorflow1.1.5 as instructed. The lowest version is 2.1. And when use 2.1 to create, it says "not have enough resource available...".
