Lab not working properly. us-central-a and us-central-b lacked the resources (errors) to create a notebook instance. Managed to create in central-c but notebook had many errors.

This section is too dense, I think that the videos of TF should add more plots to understand easier how every operation is performed. It's well explained though. For the Cloud run I got this error Quota failure for project qwiklabs-gcp-00-e0be173637db.
