Could not run the notebook since I'm not able to create a notebook using TF 1.15 since its not an option of the selectable that appears to me in the google cloud console (i could install this version in the notebook), but I think that the instructions of the lab or the notebook should be updated in some way.

cant go past 3 code snippets, the correct packages are not being imported + theres no tensorflow v1 to select from. this lab needs to be updated
