TensorFlow 1.5 is discontinued. Notebook could not be created with that version. Created Notebook via TF2.17 WALS model is not supported in TF2.X hence this lab cannot be completed successfully

Cannot create VM resourse as tensorflow 1 is not supported anymore. The whole tutorial won't work on new versions and it is not recommended to do recommendations this way
