[DEPRECATED] Build and Launch an ASP.NET Core App from Google Cloud Shell Reviews

For labs that can be completed in less than 2 minutes, don't fail to give lab credit when they are finished in under 2 minutes. Now I have to restart, do the lab, wait for an additional 2 minutes, and then end.

Didn't even take 10 mins to complete it, also, it took 5 credits, not worth it. Atleast, GAE deployment should have been included.

5 credits for a 3 minute lab to start up a simple .net instance. This should be part of a bigger app release with .net using several other GCP tools. Feels very filler this lab.
