I was able to deploy a container application using Kubernetes and Google Kubernetes Engine. First, I tested the configuration of my application. After I verified that it was working, I undeployed it and then re-deployed it behind a Compute Engine HTTPS load balancer, using the Ingress extension to Kubernetes.
