kubectl run nginx --image=nginx --port=80 This command is missing --replicas=3. Later the course asks to wait for all three servers to be identified. This will never happen, because we only started 1 instance of nginx. In the first part of the exercise the needed --replicas=3 parameter is correctly there, but not in the second part.
