kept getting this error Create disk "encrypted-disk-1" 10 minutes ago qwiklabs-gcp-02-1022ee58ca7d The encryption key for 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-02-1022ee58ca7d/zones/us-central1-a/disks/encrypted-disk-1' is not formatted correctly. It must be 256-bit key material encoded in Base 64 (RFC4648). so the 2nd part of the Lab would not get me credit
