Random glitch where the wrong Apigee X interface was given for the API Proxy, really weird. You guys really need to fix this lab, what a disaster

Lab is completely broken, it wouldn't let me create a new App under the Publish tab in Apigee X. I created a Developer and it still wouldn't let me create it. Disappointing
