the AM-BuildTranslateResponse policy completion check is getting some issue, you may need to improve it to ensure even if the codes are with different orders or getting new line are still same. It just waist my time to do this. But overall, it is fine

I think there is a bug in task 3: Please add the 'Q-EnforceQuota' Quota policy with the correct configuration to the proxy endpoint preflow and redeploy the API proxy.
