Configuring, Using, and Auditing VM Service Accounts and Scopes Reviews

Lab didn't include instructions to set $DEV_PROJECT_ID and also, when creating the service, I forgot to add the second bigquery role. This was an irreversible mistake in the lab - deleting the service account and adding it again didn't work either.

Connection via Quicklab only seems to work with the original browser and no private window. Usage of any other browser does not work, neither private window with the same browser, with extensions turned off. Only way to work is orignal browser, no private browsing (works with extensions)
