Removing the mynetwork-allow-custom rule did not result 100% packet loss for the ssh ping of the internal url of the VM instance. Please check on it. Note: I have made sure that the firewall is deleted even tried exiting of the already opened ssh terminal and tried new ssh couple of times still it did not worked.
