Got this error while creating rule- This IAM user does not have permission to use AWS Config. Check your IAM user permissions or contact your administrator to get access.

Lab doesn't work on Task 5 step 42 - I got error "This IAM user does not have permission to use AWS Config. Check your IAM user permissions or contact your administrator to get access." I re-run the prior steps to make sure I didn't miss anything and still see error.
