Using Cloud PubSub with Cloud Run [APPRUN] Reviews

Didn't have clear information. How the store-service publish message to order_placed pubsub topic. It is already written in store-service? We have configured only the subscription part i.e subscription added to order-service, but we didn't do anything for producer i.e how the store-service push message to the topic?
