One of the instructions of Task 4 failed with the error "ERROR: (gcloud.projects.add-iam-policy-binding) INVALID_ARGUMENT: Service account service-216515624193@gcp-sa-pubsub.iam.gserviceaccount.com does not exist." I had to use `gcloud beta services identity create --project PROJECT_ID --service pubsub` to force the service account creation.
