Update Security Groups Automatically Using AWS Lambda Reviews

Copied the code in step 43 to the test case, text above it reported it contained a JSON error but no indication of the nature of the error. Unable to fix this error, so multiple steps in the rest of the lab not functional.

I got another error running the lambda function after updating the hash value: "errorType": "ClientError", "errorMessage": "An error occurred (RulesPerSecurityGroupLimitExceeded) when calling the AuthorizeSecurityGroupIngress operation: The maximum number of rules per security group has been reached."
