Update Security Groups Automatically Using AWS Lambda Reviews

Lambda function fails with error "RulesPerSecurityGroupLimitExceeded" after getting the MD5 checksum right; this lab needs to be modified with either a smaller input set of IP addresses or the limits need raising. Also it would be much more useful if the user had permissions to see Lambda logs in Cloudwatch as well.
