The testing portion of the lab did not function. The section where you can edit the test JSON complained that there was an error in the JSON despite me copy/pasting it. I also used JSONLint to validate the JSON I copied and it passed. I was not able to see the security groups updated due to this issue.

I understand the complexity and work required to have me write the lambda function is unrealistic in the time allotted, but I would have liked a more simplified lab where I could be walked through writing the lambda function code a bit more. Still a good lab!

Good though I ran into issues with the SNS Topic that I wasn't allowed to view as my user name. But I had to pee and so I left the lab. May return to it later.

Wanted to see where the underlying URL where the IP CIDRs are stored, but we couldn't find it.
