Update Security Groups Automatically Using AWS Lambda avaliações

Seems like there's too many CloudFront/WAF IPs at this point for the code to execute without errors. However, the security group does update. It'd be nice if the final SNS portion of the lab was demonstrable (or explained the use of US East).
