Update Security Groups Automatically Using AWS Lambda Ulasan

The ip list has more entries than allowed for a single security group so generates an error

There were several errors on the lab: - Testing the lambda function gives RulesPerSecurityGroupLimitExceeded - Subscribing for the SNS topic of IP changes gives a authorisation error: User: arn:aws:sts::945263828453:federated-user/markesir is not authorized to perform: SNS:GetTopicAttributes on resource: arn:aws:sns:us-east-1:806199016981:AmazonIpSpaceChanged (Service: AmazonSNS; Status Code: 403; Error Code: AuthorizationError; Request ID: 7ee94311-195b-5f71-8aec-13eac121308d)

Not enough context on connecting the Lambda to the SNS? Wording was confusing. Are we setting up to text on changes? Or does a text trigger a change? Not obvious. Would have been nice to exercise the trigger and see results.
