SNS topic creation did not work for me. It failed with the following message User: arn:aws:sts::****:federated-user/*** is not authorized to perform: SNS:GetTopicAttributes on resource: arn:aws:sns:us-east-1:****:AmazonIpSpaceChanged (Service: AmazonSNS; Status Code: 403; Error Code: AuthorizationError; Request ID: 53bdcbe9-a0e0-5c54-b8fb-9ae0e1a47de5)

lab would not let me complete 2 steps, I was denied access to create security groups and SNS notifications... disappointed.
