Could not get past step 31. No matter what I tried I got the following error: Service-linked role 'AWSServiceRoleForEMRCleanup' for EMR is required. Please create this role directly or add permission to create it in your EMR service role. I do not have the rights to change the roles (tried that) so could not proceed.

I keep receiving this error when creating the EMR Cluster.TerminatingService-linked role 'AWSServiceRoleForEMRCleanup' for EMR is required. Please create this role directly or add permission to create it in your EMR service role. I have verified that I am consistently using the same Region.
