There were several pieces that didn't line up with the documentation. When adding an indicator to an incident, the indicator screen (even after a refresh) didn't properly update and still claimed there were no related incidents. Later, one of the steps suggests opening Incident #9, but there is only a single incident (Incident #1) in the instance (again, after deleting all filters and expanding the search to all time).
